By accessing or using ScoutBird, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

2. About ScoutBird

ScoutBird is an AI-powered investment intelligence platform that monitors selected public information sources and may deliver alerts through Telegram or other channels.

3. Not investment advice

ScoutBird provides information and analytical tools only. It does not provide personalized investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and does not recommend buying, selling, or holding any security or asset.

4. No guarantee of accuracy or performance

AI analysis, market data, alerts, scores, affected-company estimates, directions, and validation results may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the legal age requirements in your jurisdiction and are responsible for your account information and activity.

6. Beta service

ScoutBird may be offered as an early-access or beta service. Features may change, fail, be delayed, or be removed without notice.

7. Memberships, trials, and future payments

Trial terms, future pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules will be shown before any paid plan begins.

8. Telegram delivery

Telegram delivery may be delayed or fail because of user settings, network conditions, Telegram availability, bot restrictions, or other factors outside ScoutBird's control.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, bypass security, interfere with operation, introduce malicious code, unlawfully redistribute content, or violate third-party rights or platform terms.

10. Intellectual property

ScoutBird's software, brand assets, analysis, scores, alerts, documentation, and related materials are owned by ScoutBird or its licensors, excluding third-party content and trademarks.

11. Third-party services and content

ScoutBird may rely on third-party platforms, market-data providers, authentication providers, and public content. ScoutBird does not control those third parties.

12. Suspension and termination

ScoutBird may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, legal compliance, or these terms.

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoutBird will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or investment-related losses arising from use of or reliance on the service.

15. Indemnity

You are responsible for claims and losses arising from unlawful use of ScoutBird, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Governing law and disputes

The governing law and dispute provisions must be completed after ScoutBird's operating company and jurisdiction are confirmed.

17. Changes to the service or terms

ScoutBird may update the service and these terms. Material changes may be communicated through the website, portal, email, Telegram, or another reasonable channel.
